Lauren has been requesting to get the guardianship of her son and finally her prayers have been answered. A judge has approved her request and has given her guardianship of her and NipseyHussle’s son, Kross. A reliable source has shared that Lauren London Gets New Guardianship Role of her only son. She filed for the guardianship during summer. It was to ensure that court should know that she has been taking care of her son. Also she wanted to make sure that his son’s future finances are taken care of in an appropriate manner. It is expected that Kross will be inheriting half of the Nipsey’s estate. The other half of the estate is to be given to Nipsey’s oldest and the only daughter Emani. It is reported that Kross and Emani will be receiving almost $2M when they will be older.

It would not be wrong to say that a fascinating still predictable legal case has brought to an end. Not many of the London’s fans are surprised about her getting the guardianship over the estate of her only son Kross with Nipsey. According to the court, “Lauren was not married to Nipsey however has been awarded with guardianship over the financial assets of her 3 years old boy.”

Lauren and Nipsey have not been married. However, having guardianship role simply means that she will have say in Nipsey’s estate when it is related to their only son Kross. Earlier this year Nipsey’s brother named Blacc Sam was appointed as head of Nipsey’s estate. Death of Nipsey has caught significant media attention. Now it has been decided that Lauren will be managing the future finances of her son Kross who is only 3 years old. He will be receiving huge money from his late father NipseyHussle. It has been officially approved by the court that London has the legal right to take care of the estate of KrossErmiasAsghedom. He is her only son with Nipsey. The case was filed back in July while Nipsey died earlier in March this year i.e. 2019 in Los Angeles.

The actress shared with the court that she will be raising the kid of course. She further exclaimed that she filed the case only to ensure that future finances of her son are dealt in an appropriate manner. London’s guardianship role also enables her to take part in the legal endeavors regarding Nipsey estate which is at this point in time administered by Blacc Sam (Nipsey’s brother). It was in August when he was appointed to be the head of the Nipsey’s estate. He wrote in one of his filing that, “[Nipsey’s] passing has created significant media attention, which, in turn has presented potential time-sensitive business opportunities based on [NipseyHussle]’s likeness, right of publicity, and other intellectual property based on the media attention surrounding [NipseyHussle]’s exceptional life story and musical career.
